Formula For Success

Formula For Success

1. What does success mean to you?
2. If you don't have a clear definition, it isn't important to you. Why do you want success. (You need to know!)
3. Do you have your definition of success...clearly defined? Quantified?
4. Success = An increasing state of well being.
5. Success = AxBxCxDxE Multiplication Formula, if any element ='s 0, Success =0.
6. Make your business a hobby, it will be. Treat your business as a gold mine, it will be. Understand and accept delayed rewards. Desire comes from within.
7.  Personal desire & enthusiasm:
a) Your current state of satisfaction.
b) Desire to achieve.
c) Your attitude of mind.
d) Willingness to pay the price for success.
8. Opportunity. There is plenty of options that suit every skill and interest. I am focused on Amsoil Inc. but that may not be for everyone.
9. Specific knowledge & capability - an accurate development of applied facts. Hockey and basketball players get paid big bucks for specific abilities. Communication skills is one of these. Sales skills, Price vs. Value Concept will be key to creative closure. Being a "Pro" make more $$$. Know and understand network marketing.
10. Personal beliefs & value system: Products, the company stability and management, value of the product and/or service, network marketing, above all - yourself.

11. Planned & Directed Activity: 1) Get trained and stay up to date. 2) Set goals and measure progress. 3) Manage your time & efforts. 4) Attend and initiate group meetings.

This was a basic outline of a one hour Power Point presentation by Mark Schell, Regency Platinum Direct Jobber of Amsoil Inc. It could be applied to any aspect of your business, whether from home or the corner office on the twentieth floor downtown.
